The Town of Mount Pleasant has applied for Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Public Assistance (PA) funding through the North Carolina Emergency Management Agency (NCEMA) as sub-recipients. Pursuant to Executive Order (EO) 11988 and 44 CFR Part 9.12, final public notice is hereby given regarding FEMA’s intent to provide funding for debris removal from the Dutch Buffalo Creek water intake dam under the Public Assistance (PA) Program.
